Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
• Assist in drafting legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, and contracts
• Transcribe dictations and prepare correspondence
• Manage and organize legal documents using document management systems
• Support attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and closings
• Perform administrative tasks including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
• Assist with data entry and maintaining client databases
• Proofread legal documents for accuracy

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Paralegal or in a similar role
• Proficiency in legal research methods and tools
• Strong knowledge of document management systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
• Familiarity with estate planning procedures is a plus

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Microsoft Office (4 years preferred)
• Knowledge of Spanish
