We are seeking a seasoned Paralegal to become a part of our team at Softcom Systems, Inc. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to attorneys in various business needs, particularly in the realm of personal injury law. Your responsibilities will include drafting legal documents and filing them in both District and Federal Court, preparing trial notebooks, and accompanying lawyers during trials. You will also conduct research to support legal proceedings and assist with discovery processes. Investigating facts to aid in the negotiation of legal disputes will be a key part of your role, as well as monitoring and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Additionally, you will be responsible for recording and storing client information, which includes speaking with clients and conducting intakes. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines.
