Responsibilities

  • Participate with a committed team of patent specialists, paralegals, docketing specialists, and attorneys.

Requirements

  • Must have 5+ years of intellectual property experience in a law firm setting.
  • Proficiency in using Case Management Software is essential.
  • Experience with CompuLaw is required.
  • Adept at handling Billing Functions.
  • Knowledge of Briefing processes and techniques is necessary.
  • Calendar Management skills are required.
  • Experience in Claim Administration is essential.
  • Excellent Communication skills are necessary.
  • Understanding and experience in Patent Law is required.
  • Familiarity with Foreign Patent processes is required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Intellectual Property - Patent is essential.
  • Experience with Patent - US Prov - Utility - Des - PCT is necessary.
  • Experience in managing Patent Applications is required.
  • Experience in handling Patent Portfolio is required.
  • Skilled in Patent Preparation is necessary.
  • Experience in Patent Prosecution is necessary.
  • Capable of conducting Patentability Searches.
