About the position

The Paralegal will support the legal department by reviewing marketing materials and consumer-facing assets for intellectual property issues. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, particularly in the areas of advertising law, copyright, and trademark law.

Responsibilities

• Assist with legal review of marketing materials, including product packaging, TV commercials, and Ecommerce copy
• Review consumer facing assets for intellectual property issues

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience with advertising law, including reviewing marketing materials
• Advanced education strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Previous experience with copyright and trademark law issues a plus
• Technical skills - Outlook/MS office, Adobe PDF
