We are a dynamic law firm specializing in probate administration and probate litigation, serving clients across Arizona. Our firm is committed to providing high-quality legal representation and personalized service to clients, helping them navigate Arizona probate administration and complex probate disputes with integrity and expertise. We are seeking a skilled Probate Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in probate administration and litigation and be able to hit the ground running. We prefer someone who is local in Phoenix, AZ but are open to hybrid remote candidates. We are also open to fully remote for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in drafting and preparing probate documents, including petitions, pleadings, and correspondence
• Conduct legal research and prepare summaries of findings related to probate matters
• Manage and maintain probate files, ensuring all documents are organized and accessible
• Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel regarding case status and updates
• Prepare for hearings, trials, and mediations as needed

Requirements

• Experience with Probate law in Arizona of at least 3 years
• Experience with Litigation of at least 3 years
