About the position

As an Estate Planning Paralegal at Nelson Elder Care Law, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate and knowledgeable legal guidance to seniors and their families. Your primary responsibility will be to draft and review legal documents, including wills and trusts, ensuring that they meet the specific needs of our clients. You will be expected to communicate with clients empathetically, making them feel understood and valued throughout their legal journey. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to explain complex legal concepts in simple, easy-to-understand terms, thereby instilling confidence in our clients. You will support the Estate Planning Team by managing client cases and ensuring that every interaction is personalized and of the highest quality. Responsibilities

• Draft and review wills, trusts, and other legal documents.
• Communicate with clients with compassion and empathy, personalizing each interaction.
• Explain complex legal concepts in easy-to-understand terms to ensure client understanding.
• Support the Estate Planning Team with client cases.

Requirements

• Paralegal certification required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of paralegal experience.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate and provide customer service to clients.
