About the position

As a Paralegal at Robl Law Group LLC, you will play a crucial role in supporting attorneys with various legal tasks. This position involves drafting legal documents, assisting in case management, and providing executive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the firm.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive administrative support to attorneys, including finalizing documents for filing and mailing documents.
• Prepare notices of leaves of absence and order/maintain office supplies.
• Maintain common areas and make trips to banks and overnight mail drop-off boxes.
• Assist in billing of clients and manage, organize, and e-file documents at state and federal court levels.
• Assist in drafting legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, and contracts.
• Support attorneys in legal case management and proofread legal documents for accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and interact with clients to obtain needed information and documents.

Requirements

• 2+ years previous experience as a Paralegal or in a similar role is required.
• Knowledge of bankruptcy procedures and state and federal court e-filing systems.
• Familiarity with BestCase (bankruptcy software) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Clio (legal billing and case management software) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
• Familiarity with phone etiquette in a professional setting.

Nice-to-haves
