About the position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to join our Accounting, Insurance, and Real Estate team. The ideal candidate will have experience in law and providing executive administrative support. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of legal tasks and support all legal matters with our attorneys in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will assist with legal research, document review, and drafting legal documents, providing essential clerical support such as filing, organizing case files, and managing correspondence. Additionally, the paralegal will conduct contract reviews and assist in litigation preparation, maintaining communication with clients and handling phone calls with professionalism. This position requires a proactive approach to any other support, research, and tasks needed to ensure the smooth operation of the legal department.

Responsibilities

• Assist with legal research, document review, and drafting legal documents
• Provide clerical support such as filing, organizing case files, and managing correspondence
• Conduct contract review and assist in litigation preparation
• Maintain communication with clients and handle phone calls with professionalism
• Perform any other support, research, and tasks needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Paralegal or similar role
• Knowledge of the law is highly desirable
• Strong research skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in legal drafting and document management systems
• HR knowledge is a plus.
