About the position

GrayRobinson, a full-service law and lobbying firm, is seeking a full-time experienced Litigation Paralegal for its West Palm Beach office. The role focuses on federal court litigation, requiring strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have experience in personal injury law, although this is not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and preparing discovery responses
• Communicate with fact and expert witnesses
• Draft pleadings
• Prepare hearing and trial notebooks
• Manage day-to-day case management duties

Requirements

• Experience in federal court litigation practice
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
