About the position

The Paralegal position at inSync Staffing involves providing legal support primarily in the area of Marketing and Advertising law. The role is predominantly remote with occasional onsite presence required. The paralegal will work closely with supervisors and various teams to ensure compliance and support for Henkel's Beauty Professional operations.

Responsibilities

• Support Henkel's Beauty Professional operations as requested by the supervisor.
• Review various agreements for all Beauty Professional brands.
• Provide administrative and database support for Beauty Professional functions.
• Review marketing and advertising assets, including product labels and advertising media.
• Coordinate with R&D and Regulatory functions to ensure adequate testing protocols and proper substantiation for all claims on product labels and marketing collateral.
• Work with Marketing personnel to ensure all deadlines for review are met.
• Attend weekly and/or biweekly brand-specific team meetings to discuss and align on assignments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and paralegal certificate or equivalent experience required.
• At least five (5) years of related law firm or in-house experience in Marketing and Advertising law.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
• Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and manage competing demands.
• Excellent time management, communication, decision making, presentation, human relations, and organizational skills.
• Strong problem solving and prioritization skills.
