The Paralegal will play a crucial role in supporting our lawyers and other legal professionals in various legal matters, including trials. The Paralegal will be responsible for a range of duties that are essential to the functioning of our legal office. The primary responsibilities of the Paralegal include answering phone calls and greeting clients, which are vital for maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. The Paralegal will also contribute to fact-checking and compiling case evidence, ensuring that all information is accurate and relevant. Effective communication with court employees and clients is essential, as the Paralegal will gather necessary documents and information to begin building a case. Conducting initial case research and providing pertinent information to the lawyer will be a key part of the role. Additionally, the Paralegal will manage all administrative responsibilities within the legal office, draft the first copy of legal documents, and organize all legal documents in a confidential manner. Requirements
