This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently while demonstrating exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents.
• Assist clients with discovery.
• Organize and maintain case files.
• Draft pleadings and client communication.
• Assist attorneys in court proceedings.
• Provide administrative support to attorneys.
• Maintain client confidentiality.

Requirements

• 3 years of paralegal experience (preferred).
• Proficiency in Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis.
• Experience in litigation and family law.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
