About the position

The Litigation Paralegal position at our prominent law firm is a critical role within our growing litigation department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting various motions and pleadings, which are essential components of the litigation process. This role requires maintaining a heavy calendar, ensuring that all deadlines are met and that all parties involved in a case are kept informed and engaged throughout all phases of litigation. The successful candidate will be expected to interact with clients, witnesses, and court personnel, demonstrating strong communication skills and professionalism at all times. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, the candidate will be comfortable supporting both junior associates and seasoned litigators. This support may include conducting legal research, organizing case files, and preparing trial materials. The ability to work independently and efficiently is crucial, as the firm values paralegals who can hit the ground running with little or no supervision. A paralegal certificate from an ABA-accredited school is required, and a Bachelor's Degree is preferred, reflecting the firm's commitment to hiring qualified professionals who can contribute to our high standards of legal service. We are an equal employment opportunity employer and are committed to considering all qualified candidates without regard to disability or protected veteran status. We look forward to meeting with candidates who are eager to join our team and contribute to our success in the legal field.
