As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in our legal team, responsible for preparing pleadings and court filings, managing extensive client communications, and preparing discovery requests and responses. You will assist in the intake of potential client calls and will be expected to communicate effectively with judges and opposing counsel. Additionally, you will work closely with our attorneys and investigators to implement efficient processes and systems for case management. Requirements

  • Record review and scheduling experience
  • Knowledge of online filing and hearing/trial preparation
  • File and calendar management skills
  • Prior experience with personal injury law
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Superior client relations and people skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Technology savvy and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
