The role is essential for drafting legal documents and assisting in trial preparations, making it a vital part of the legal team.

Responsibilities

• Drafting legal documents including motions, bills of particulars, and discovery documents.
• Communicating with clients to gather information and provide updates.
• Liaising with insurance carriers to negotiate settlements and manage claims.
• Coordinating with medical providers to obtain necessary documentation and records.
• Assisting attorneys with motion and trial preparation, ensuring all materials are ready and organized.

Requirements

• Experience working in a personal injury law office is required.
• Strong typing and language skills are essential.
• Punctuality and the ability to work independently without supervision are necessary.
• Experience negotiating with insurance carriers is a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of Spanish and/or Russian is a plus.
