The primary purpose of the Paralegal is to assist the assigned business unit in working on legal processes as applicable to that group. This may include subpoenas, licensing, administration of contracts, preparing information for the IRS and state taxing authorities, and generally ensuring compliance with the legal, regulatory, professional and internal standards applicable to Moss Adams and its clients. The Paralegal will be called upon to assist with special projects as needed and provide general support to the business unit. This specific paralegal position will support the Tax Controversy team. The Tax Controversy team provides services relating to tax examinations, assessments, and disputes with revenue authorities.
