About the position

The Personal Injury Paralegal at Esquire Law is responsible for providing comprehensive legal support to attorneys handling personal injury cases. This role involves managing cases from inception to resolution, conducting research, and preparing legal documents, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism and client service.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of personal injury cases from beginning to end
• Gather, analyze, and research information
• Communicate and correspond with clients, lien holders, providers, and others in the legal community
• Maintain client files
• Review, analyze, and summarize case files and medical records
• Prepare various legal documents, including demands
• Adapt and learn quickly
• Maintain a professional attitude and appearance
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience working as a paralegal in a personal injury law firm
• Strong communication, research, and writing skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong commitment to client service and achieving positive outcomes for clients
• Experience with case management software, such as Needles, is a plus
• A paralegal certificate or degree in paralegal studies is preferred
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
