Responsibilities

• Manage and organize civil litigation cases to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Prepare and respond to discovery requests in a timely and detailed manner
• Draft and review discovery responses to ensure they meet the legal requirements
• Handle wrongful death claims with sensitivity, professionalism, and legal expertise
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all legal proceedings
• Monitor and manage customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary
• Process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency
• Resolve customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Ensure all customer credit records are accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements

• Must possess a Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution
• Completion of an ABA-approved paralegal certificate program
• Proven experience in Discovery Requests and Discovery Responses
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Civil Litigation
• Experience dealing with Wrongful Death Claims is necessary
• Must possess excellent research and report-writing skills
• Must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Needs to be proficient in using legal research software
• Must have the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required
• Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
