The paralegal will also be tasked with preparing reports for internal customers, updating document repositories, and maintaining proper filing for audit purposes. Collaboration is key in this position, as the paralegal will work closely with management, counsel, and various departments to establish and implement processes for integrating newly acquired contracts and properties. The role requires a proactive approach to research and respond to inquiries, assist with corporate or dealer closings, and maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive information. The paralegal will also be expected to contribute to the development of additional contract procedures to improve the effectiveness of the contract function.
