The Paralegal at CommonSpirit Health plays a crucial role in supporting the legal team by providing paralegal assistance across various functional areas, including Operations, Real Estate, Labor and Employment, Compliance, Managed Care, E-Discovery, and Transactions. This position is designed for individuals who are detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The Paralegal will work under the supervision of one or more attorneys, assisting in the preparation of legal documents, conducting legal research, and maintaining legal files in an electronic filing system. In this role, the Paralegal will be responsible for managing the construction contracting process and will be an integral part of the Real Estate Center of Excellence (RECOE). This includes preparing a variety of legal documents such as agreements, corporate documents, forms, and legal memoranda, utilizing templates and standard provisions approved by the Legal Team leadership. The Paralegal will also be expected to effectively communicate with other team members and clients, ensuring that sensitive and confidential information is handled appropriately.
