About the position

We are a medical malpractice and personal injury law firm seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team. This full-time position involves supporting attorneys in various legal tasks, particularly in personal injury law, while ensuring effective communication and organization within the team.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents and case files.
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.
• Manage case files and maintain organized records.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in cases.
• Prepare for trials and hearings by organizing evidence and documentation.

Requirements

• Experience in personal injury law.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multi-task and organize multiple deadlines.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Nice-to-haves

• Fluency in Spanish and English.
