The paralegal will manage and organize case files, which involves summarizing and indexing documents to ensure that all information is readily accessible. Additionally, the role requires researching legal documents and regulations to support ongoing cases. The paralegal will analyze legal issues and may be involved in pre-claim investigations, which could include speaking with witnesses, taking statements, gathering evidence, and creating case investigation folders. Furthermore, the paralegal will prepare for depositions, mediations, and arbitrations, and will be responsible for preparing and handling exhibits as needed.
