Responsibilities

• Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Organize and manage case files, including evidence, exhibits, depositions, and pleadings.
• Conduct legal research and fact-finding using legal databases and other resources.
• Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and coordinating with witnesses.
• Communicate with clients to gather information, provide updates, and explain legal procedures.
• Prepare and draft correspondence related to cases.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in lemon law or a similar legal field.
• A degree or certificate in paralegal studies from an accredited institution.
• Strong research skills and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with legal database software and case management tools.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in preparing legal documents and managing case files.
