About the position

A law firm specializing in wills, trusts, and estates is actively recruiting a full-time Paralegal with outstanding organizational and communication skills to join our Richmond office to assist attorneys by handling matters in Probate and Trust administration. The Paralegal will spend time working out of both offices, which requires flexibility and adaptability. This position encompasses all areas of the estate law practice that do not require a law degree, and it often necessitates substantial client contact through meetings, phone calls, and emails. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in the area of probate, accounting, or estate administration. The role demands excellent time management skills, both in personal workflow and in managing deadlines. Consistent and predictable performance is crucial, along with patience and a genuine desire to help others, including clients and co-workers.
