Responsibilities

• Review and analyze medical records
• Prepare and answer Interrogatories and Request for Production
• Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and experts
• Draft Motions and Pleadings
• Perform administrative duties including scheduling and editing documents

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in litigation
• Paralegal Certificate
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to work with multiple attorneys and staff
