Advantage Resourcing is seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join a reputable local law firm in Alexandria, LA. This position is essential in providing support to attorneys through various clerical and research tasks. The role involves preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting client and witness interviews, performing research and investigations, fact-checking, and assisting in trial preparation. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. While certification as a paralegal is preferred, candidates with a minimum of one year of relevant experience will also be considered for this role. The work schedule is structured, with hours from Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, including a one-hour lunch break, and a shorter day on Friday, from 7:30 AM to Noon. This position offers a competitive compensation package based on experience, ranging from $12.00 to $20.00 per hour.
