Your duties will also include preparing discovery requests and responses, assisting in the intake of potential client calls, and communicating with judges and opposing counsel. Additionally, you will work closely with our team to implement efficient processes and systems that enhance our workflow. Requirements

  • Experience in record review, scheduling, and online filing
  • Experience in hearing and trial preparation
  • Strong file and calendar management skills
  • Prior experience with personal injury law
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Superior client relations and people skills
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Technology savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
