This full-time position involves preparing court pleadings, reviewing accounts, and corresponding with courts, among other responsibilities. Responsibilities

• Prepare and process court pleadings and motions.
• Review accounts for accuracy and completeness.
• Correspond with courts and garnishees.
• Process new accounts.
• Review case files and prepare exhibits after training period.
• Schedule hearings and prepare basic motions and pre-trial statements.
• Assist with miscellaneous litigation pleadings.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of applicable paralegal experience.
• Good computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain professionalism.
