We are seeking a dedicated and experienced family law paralegal to join our laid-back and fun-loving firm located in Dallas, TX. This is a full-time position that requires a valid paralegal certificate or a minimum of five years of relevant paralegal experience. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and effective case management under the supervision of an attorney. This position is not remote, and candidates must be willing to work in person at our office. As a family law paralegal, you will be responsible for providing essential legal services, which include frequent communication with clients to ensure their needs are met, monitoring and managing caseloads, and assisting attorneys in preparing for hearings. You will act as an extension of the lawyer in case management, conducting necessary case research to support legal proceedings.
