We are seeking a ROCKSTAR INDIVIDUAL to join our growing office in McHenry, IL! Our fun, energetic, and busy practice is dedicated to providing our patients with the best possible care. The ideal candidate will share our practice philosophy and be efficient, able to multi-task, and possess outstanding customer service skills. A positive attitude and personality are essential, as we treat our patients like family and expect our team members to do the same. While dental experience is preferred, we value individuals who are eager to learn and grow with us in a technologically-advanced office environment. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, which includes answering phones and checking patients in and out. You will also manage scheduling by making appointments and maintaining the daily schedule of patients. A solid understanding of dental insurance is crucial, as you will be verifying insurance information and benefits for patients, as well as submitting dental claims. Additionally, you will present patients with their recommended treatment and review financial arrangements with them. This is a full-time position, requiring 35-40 hours per week, with no weekends required.
