About the position

The RFP Intern position at Parametric, part of Morgan Stanley Investment Management, involves supporting the RFP Team in various tasks related to the Institutional and Wealth Management distribution channels. The intern will assist with due diligence requests, focusing on firm and strategy-level information, and will collaborate with multiple teams to compile and disseminate information to clients. This role is designed for a summer internship, requiring a commitment to work 40 hours per week during the summer of 2025.

Responsibilities

• Assist RFP Specialists with recurring and ad hoc due diligence requests.
• Compile and disseminate information to internal and external clients.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to support the RFP process.
• Manage and coordinate simultaneous projects and tasks with high attention to detail.

Requirements

• Must be a junior progressing towards a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Experience with MS Word and Excel, including PivotTables and V-Lookups.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• High level of initiative and ability to work in a team environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with proposal, database, and/or CRM software.
