About the position
The Paraprofessional role at Deloitte involves providing essential support to client engagement teams in the Global Employer Services sector. The role includes assisting with tax compliance processes, coordinating client meetings, and utilizing internal technology to maintain client records and prepare reports.
Responsibilities
- Assist client engagement teams with recurring projects
- Use internal technology to update/maintain client records and prepare reports
- Coordinate services with Deloitte offices globally
- Provide support for the individual tax return compliance process
- Coordinate client meetings
- Assist engagement teams with the client satisfaction process
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in global personal income tax and compliance
- Bachelor's degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
- One of the following accreditations: Licensed CPA, Licensed Attorney, Enrolled Agent, Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR), Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), Project Management Professional (PMP), Workday Certification
Nice-to-haves
- Experience working directly with clients
- Experience leading junior team members
- Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, QlikView, and Tableau
