About The Position
The Parent Mentor Program Coordinator (PMC) at Enlace Chicago plays a crucial role in fostering parent engagement within schools in the Little Village Community. This part-time, seasonal position involves overseeing the Parent Mentor Program (PMP), supporting and mentoring Parent Mentors, and collaborating with school administration to enhance parent-teacher relationships and community resources. The PMC is responsible for recruiting and training Parent Mentors, ensuring compliance with safety policies, and facilitating workshops and community leadership events.
