About The Position
The Parenting Group Facilitator role is a part-time, temporary position focused on leading the Strengthening Families Program for parents and youth aged 10-14. The facilitator will work with families to enhance bonding, set boundaries, and monitor children's activities through structured sessions that include skills-building for both parents and children. The position requires strong facilitation and presentation skills, as well as a passion for helping families develop effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
