About the position
The Park Lead position at Urban Air Adventure Parks is designed for responsible and enthusiastic individuals with strong customer service skills. This role is essential for fostering a positive team environment and ensuring the smooth operation of the park. The Park Lead will be involved in various activities, including managing events, overseeing staff, and maintaining safety standards, all while promoting a fun atmosphere for guests.
Responsibilities
- Open and close the Park on specified weekdays and weekends
- Promote team culture throughout the Park (both employees and customers)
- Monitor on-site staff
- Monitor proper maintenance and inventory of the Park and its equipment
- Promote safety for employees and customers
Requirements
- High School Diploma, some College preferred
- Prior experience in a supervisor-level role
- Proven conflict management skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations
- Ability to work nights and/or weekends
