About the position
As a Park Quality Ambassador working the night shift at SeaWorld Orlando, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the park is ready for guests when it opens. This position requires dedicated and energetic individuals who thrive in a team environment and are committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality. Your primary responsibilities will include a variety of cleaning and preparation tasks that are essential for the park's operations. You will be responsible for trash removal and disposal, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, washing windows and mirrors, cleaning restrooms, and maintaining cleanliness in offices, breakrooms, hallways, and merchandise areas. Additionally, you will be tasked with cobweb removal and cleaning storage areas, as well as assisting in the warehouse as needed. In this role, you will be expected to follow standard operating procedures related to park opening and deliver a consistently high-quality product. Excellent service is paramount, and you will be required to perform your duties in an efficient and courteous manner. The position demands a positive attitude and a high level of energy, as you will be working during the night hours when the park is closed to guests. Your commitment to quality and attention to detail will ensure that the park is in top condition for visitors each day.
Responsibilities
- Perform trash removal and disposal
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors
- Wash windows and mirrors
- Clean restrooms and maintain hygiene standards
- Clean offices, breakrooms, and hallways
- Maintain cleanliness in store and merchandise areas
- Remove cobwebs and clean storage areas
- Assist in warehouse duties as needed

Requirements
- Must be available to work between 8:30pm and 5am
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving guidelines preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 lbs
- Must be comfortable using cleaning chemicals
- Must be able to stand for entire shift, up to 10 hours
- Ability to walk and stand for entire shift and climb/ascend heights
- Ability to work indoors and in dimly-lit outdoors, in all weather conditions
