About The Position
Come join our team at Collier Memorial State Park as a Park Ranger and support one of Oregon's greatest resources - State Parks! This position falls under the classification Park Ranger 3. As a Park Ranger for Collier Memorial State Park, you will have the opportunity to independently coordinate park projects, activities, and programs, using your technical expertise and specialized park skills (e.g.: resource interpretation, cultural and natural resource restoration, complex utility operations or maintenance programs, park rule enforcement, visitor services, etc.) across management unit boundaries. You will also mentor permanent and seasonal employees throughout the park region in specialized skills such as the maintenance and operations of OPRD programs and properties.
