About the position

Responsibilities
- Assist the Unit Supervisor/Lead Ranger in administrative tasks with minimal supervision.
- Perform operational and maintenance duties for Parks and Recreation facilities.
- Train and provide guidance to staff.
- Maintain grounds, infrastructure, and equipment.
- Ensure personal and public safety during park operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a Michigan driver's license.
- Clean driving record free of suspension or moving violations for two years prior to law academy attendance.
- Clean criminal record without felony convictions or high court misdemeanors.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical examination.
Nice-to-haves
