The Park Services Attendant at Great Wolf is essential for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the waterpark environment. This role involves ensuring that the pool area meets high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction, while also providing excellent customer service to guests. Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the pool area by collecting and disposing of garbage.
• Remove dirty towels from the pool area and stock with clean towels.
• Promote a safe and professional workplace by adhering to policies and procedures.
• Interact with waterpark guests by greeting them, answering questions, and responding to requests.
• Perform daily routine chores and maintenance of the waterpark to ensure overall cleanliness.
• Ensure windows and doorways are free of fingerprints and smudges.
• Clean and organize furniture and hard surfaces in public areas.
• Keep floors free of debris and spills and empty all waste receptacles in public spaces.
• Clean and sanitize waterpark restrooms.

Requirements

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen.

Nice-to-haves

• Strong customer service and oral communication skills.
• Previous experience with sanitation, laundry operations, and guest services.
• Previous experience with safe handling and utilization of chemicals according to instructions.
