About the position

In this role, you'll oversee the management of Valet and Parking service for a busy healthcare location. This position emphasizes strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, along with a desire for personal and professional growth as a manager.

Responsibilities

  • Hire and Develop a High Functioning Team
  • Fosters a spirit of teamwork and unity that enables each employee and the team as a whole to succeed
  • Consciously creates a workplace culture that is consistent with our mission, vision and values
  • Oversees the hiring, onboarding and managing of all team members--including performance reviews, discipline and termination as needed and in accordance with company policy
  • Works alongside team members if needed to cover staffing issues/call outs
  • Checks in regularly with clients to ensure that the service is exceeding their expectations
  • Handles any escalated customer inquiries and/or complaints. Complete accident/incident reports
  • Solves problems and makes decisions using sound and reasonable judgment
  • Prepares account specific procedures, oversees equipment & uniform needs
  • Ensure all revenue is collected and documented accurately
  • Sets the schedule and completes bi-weekly payroll and reporting
  • Maintains fiscal responsibility by evaluating budgetary needs, reducing expenses, and by conserving and maintaining resources

Requirements

  • Proven record of leading teams to success
  • Must maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record (for insurance purposes)

  • Ability to read, understand, and communicate effectively both verbally and on paper
  • Ability to proactively solve problems, but also knows when to ask for help
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a courteous manner in keeping with our philosophy
