About the position

The Salem Waterfront Hotel & Suites is currently seeking dedicated Parking Attendants to join our team. This role involves a variety of responsibilities centered around providing excellent service to our guests. As a Parking Attendant, you will be stationed at a booth where you will collect parking fees from incoming guests. Your role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors to our hotel. In addition to fee collection, you will assist guests with transportation needs within the immediate area using our golf cart shuttle service. This includes directing guests to the appropriate parking areas and ensuring they have all the information they need for a pleasant stay. The position offers flexibility with both part-time and potential full-time hours available. Shifts will vary, primarily covering morning to mid-afternoon hours, and may include weekends as needed. This is an in-person role, and you will be expected to interact with guests directly, providing them with assistance and information as required. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license and experience in cash handling, as these skills are essential for the role. We are looking for individuals who are friendly, reliable, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.

Requirements
