The Facility Manager oversees the operations of a location(s) under the direction of the Operations Manager to ensure 24/7 professional parking management. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of service that LAZ Parking is known for. The Facilities Manager will support the programs and initiatives originating from the home office and help to support the individual needs of their operational teams throughout their assigned location(s). This position is dedicated to fostering an employee-focused servant leadership culture, which is essential for the growth and development of both employees and the organization as a whole. In this role, the Facility Manager will lead, direct, and develop a team of employees at parking location(s). Responsibilities include managing, planning, scheduling, training, and directing the activities of on-site employees. The Facility Manager will also be responsible for identifying high-potential employees to support the organization's continued growth. Payroll processing is another critical aspect of this role, ensuring timely sign-off on hours and collaborating with the local payroll department to ensure pay data is completed properly. Additionally, the Facility Manager will work closely with the Human Resources Business Partner to ensure proper wage and hour compliance. The Facility Manager will execute plans for the opening of newly assigned locations and will be responsible for the financial management of these locations, ensuring adherence to budget and revenue enhancements. Building and maintaining client relationships is vital for business retention, and the Facility Manager will organize and narrate parking management skills for Assistant Managers and Team Leaders. This role requires a thorough understanding of the contractual agreements between LAZ Parking and its clients, ensuring all requirements are met. Daily, weekly, monthly, and annual financial and operational reports will be required, and the Facility Manager will ensure that increased revenue, managed expenses, and customer satisfaction are maximized by maintaining the highest level of service thresholds and initiatives aligned with client expectations. The position may also involve compliance with Collective Bargaining Agreements and participation in labor contract management if applicable. Communication with local police departments and emergency management teams regarding operations is also part of the role, along with organizing and managing event operations within LAZ Parking.
