About the position
The Parking Services and Revenue Representative plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and managing revenue collection at the Seattle Tacoma International Airport's parking facilities. This position involves assisting customers, conducting vehicle inventory, and ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced environment. The representative will work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to parking facility users.
- Collect revenue from customers exiting the parking facility.
- Conduct nightly inventory of vehicles parked in the garage using automated technology.
- Assist customers with questions and concerns as part of the Ambassador Program.
- Work various shifts to cover operational needs.
Requirements
- Valid Washington State Driver's License or ability to obtain one.
- Experience in customer service and cash handling.
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Six months or more of cashiering experience in a high-volume environment.
Nice-to-haves
- Technical skills in using a 10-key adding machine and electronic cash register.
- Problem-solving skills in a fast-paced work environment.
