Responsibilities

• Interact with the public and other County employees to provide directions or information and resolve operational issues.
• Collect fees and operate a cash register or point of sale software as needed.
• Maintain landscape and construction-related equipment to ensure safe and appropriate operation.
• Inspect park facilities to ensure a safe work and recreation environment.
• Perform facility maintenance work to maintain cleanliness and safety for the public and County employees.
• Set up and take down temporary facilities and traffic control devices for events.
• Prepare log sheets to document work activities and track equipment usage.
• Pick up and deliver items to ensure supplies are available where needed.
