About the position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing various projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to define project objectives, develop detailed project plans, and manage resources effectively. Your ability to communicate clearly and lead teams will be essential in driving project success and fostering a collaborative work environment. As a Project Manager, you will be tasked with identifying project risks and developing mitigation strategies to address them proactively. You will also be responsible for tracking project progress, preparing status reports for stakeholders, and facilitating project meetings to ensure alignment and transparency. Your expertise in project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, will be crucial in adapting to the needs of each project and ensuring best practices are followed. In addition to managing projects, you will play a key role in mentoring junior team members and contributing to the continuous improvement of our project management processes. Your insights and feedback will help shape our approach to project delivery and enhance our overall efficiency. We are looking for someone who is not only skilled in project management but also passionate about leading teams and driving results.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans and schedules to guide project execution.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure financial accountability.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Mentor and support junior project team members.
  • Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).

Nice-to-haves

  • PMP or similar project management certification.
  • Experience in the technology or software development industry.
  • Familiarity with budgeting and financial management.
  • Knowledge of risk management techniques.
