About the position

The Parts Driver at Hunter Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Fiat is responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of automotive parts to various wholesale customers, including dealerships and repair shops. This role is crucial for maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring the smooth operation of parts logistics.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts daily to wholesale customers such as dealerships, body shops, and independent repair shops.
• Load parts onto the delivery truck and check for accuracy before departure.
• Pick up any returns from customers.
• Obtain signatures for deliveries and acknowledge receipt of all parts delivered.
• Collect payment when necessary during deliveries.
• Drive safely and adhere to all traffic regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parts truck.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Valid vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and time management abilities.
• Effective communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to follow directions, processes, policies, and procedures.
• Team player who works well with others.
