Responsibilities
- Engages clients as they enter the branch by welcoming them and managing lobby traffic.
- Performs branch operations including managing cash devices and account origination for consumer clients.
- Provides proactive client outreach to gauge success and offer new tools for banking and investment goals.
- Champions new Associate Banker skills and assists in training new team members.
- Educates clients on technology self-service options such as the Chase Mobile App and ATMs.
- Shares best practices across supported branches to enhance customer experience.
Requirements
- 6 months of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
