About the position
As an Associate Banker in Branch Banking, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-lasting relationships with clients. Your primary focus will be to help customers navigate their banking needs through education and tailored advice, while representing the brand's commitment to service and inclusivity. You will engage with clients, assist with transactions, and support branch operations, contributing significantly to the branch's success.
Responsibilities
- Engages clients as they enter the branch by welcoming them and managing lobby traffic.
- Helps clients with everyday transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and updating their information.
- Educates clients on using technology self-service options like the Chase Mobile App and ATMs.
- Assists with new account openings when needed.
- Performs branch operations, including managing cash devices while adhering to bank policies.
Requirements
- 6+ months of customer service experience.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.

- Ability to make personal connections and engage customers in a professional manner.
- Strong desire and ability to influence and educate customers on technology.
- Cash handling experience.
