About the position

As an Associate Banker at the Nichols Hills Branch, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships with clients. Your primary focus will be on assisting customers with their banking needs, educating them on available services, and representing the Chase brand with a commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Engages clients as they enter the branch by welcoming them and managing lobby traffic.
• Helps clients with everyday transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
• Educates clients on the usage of technology self-service options like the Chase Mobile App and ATMs.
• Assists clients and the branch team with new account openings when needed.
• Performs branch operations, including managing cash devices while adhering to bank policies.

Requirements

• 6+ months of customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
