About the position
The Associate Banker role at our branch focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships with clients. This part-time position requires a commitment to customer service excellence, utilizing the latest banking solutions and technology to assist clients with their financial needs. Bilingual Spanish is required to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele.
Responsibilities
- Engages clients as they enter the branch by welcoming them and managing lobby traffic.
- Helps clients with everyday transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
- Educates clients on the usage of technology self-service options like the Chase Mobile App and ATMs.
- Assists clients and the branch team with new account openings when needed.
- Performs branch operations, including managing cash devices while adhering to bank policies.
Requirements
- 6 months of customer service experience.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Bilingual English and Spanish required.
